Through thorough Risk Assessments and Individualized Care Plans, we can effectively identify and address their needs. Our services include:

– Assistance in fostering reflective thinking
– Collaborative offending reduction programs in partnership with relevant agencies
– Support in accessing services and resources for substance or alcohol misuse
– Aid in developing family contact and relationship-building skills
– Guidance for individuals coping with posttraumatic stress disorder
– Assistance with asylum applications, liaising with the Home Office UK-BA, and addressing other legal concerns
– Support for vulnerable adults who are parents
– Education and intervention regarding awareness of exploitative situations
– Assistance in reducing behaviors susceptible to exploitation
– Support in managing ADHD, including strategies for anger management

 

MENTORING

 

As part of our comprehensive support package, our staff engage in daily mentoring sessions with vulnerable adults, providing personalized assistance, encouragement, and inspiration.
