Our objectives for our 16+ accommodation and support services are designed to nurture the development of vulnerable adults, empowering them to live independently by honing a range of essential skills, including:

  • Ensuring that the support service aligns with agreed Contracts for Support.

  • Recognizing the individual need for personal fulfillment and offering tailored programs of meaningful activities to meet each vulnerable adults’s needs.
  • Implementing a Positive Behavior Support approach to understand the underlying reasons for challenging behavior, taking into account the vulnerable adult’s life history, physical health, and emotional needs to provide appropriate support.

These include personalized support hours, mentoring, advocacy, and guidance for education, training, development, and housing applications. Our support offerings span from minimal support with limited hours to intensive support with round-the-clock monitoring and assistance.
